Job Description

Tasks

  • Lead, manage, maintain and develop our Key Accounts
  • Work together with our product, tech, and sales team to create the best experience for our customers
  • Identifying and gathering information on customer requests as well as resolving them
  • Keep all customer information, notes, and documents up to date in relevant systems and provide accurate and timely report
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and build the base for customer retention
  • Identify up-/cross-sell potential to continuously optimize your client portfolio

Requirements

  • Technical mindset and IT-related skills
  • 3+ years experience in account management, customer success, or sales
  • Ability to build deep relationships with all stakeholders involved especially customers
  • Excellent in German and fluent in Business English, French language skills is a plus
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Strong problem-solving and prioritisation skills as well as attention to detail
  • A brilliant multitasker and highly productive
  • Experience working within a start-up or SaaS company is a plus
